Tiger Sanitation

Robert set-up my account and took payment over the phone to expedite everything along so that I would get my first pick-up today. He said he would email me a receipt for my payment... and he did!

Today the Tiger truck went by our street but didn't come get our trash. I called your office and reached Ashley. She was wonderful and contacted Dispatch immediately. It just so happened the crew had just called Dispatch to let them know they could not find our house number. Bottom line... Ashley through Dispatch got them to find me and they did the pick-up all within a few minutes.

I did not get the names of the two crew members on the truck but they were absolutely wonderful. They also answered some questions I had about the service but had forgotten to ask when I started the service. The guys were very knowledgeable about everything and had a great customer service attitude.

You should be quite pleased that the above mentioned employees represent Tiger so well and do such a great job. Each of them have made me glad I decided to use Tiger, instead of one of the many other choices. I will not hesitate to recommend Tiger to others in our area.

My service was terminated for non-payment. I am in the Navy so I am often away. My wife normally takes care of the bills.  With her busy schedule, she thought she sent the check. We got the notice and I called the office and spoke with Natalie. She was very professional and friendly. She solved my problem and restarted my service. Miss Natalie is very personable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for your assistance. 

On Wednesday, March 21, I stopped to pick up a bag of trash that someone had dumped in the road. One of your dumpster pick up guys (tall, light hair) stopped and helped me. Way over the call of duty. I'll say it 100 times, Tiger is now and will always be my favorite utility.
